How to Use

• Sit calmly and relaxed. Be quiet for at least 5 minutes before measuring
• Place elbow on the desk. Keep the upper arm cuff and heart at the same level
• Keep body upright, palm up, and relax arm and fingers — no muscle activity
• Remove thick clothing before placing the cuff
• Do not speak, touch the instrument, or move during measurement
• Measure at the same time each day with the same arm and same position for comparable results
• Wait 4–5 minutes before measuring again if needed
• Avoid alcohol, coffee, food, smoking, exercise, and bathing for 30 minutes before measuring
